Our personnel oversaw the team responsible for the construction management service for the Byrne/Green Complex in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes total demolition and re-build/restoration of all existing locker rooms and public restrooms within the facility.

The most challenging aspect of this project was keeping the courthouse in operation throughout construction. A significant effort from the entire team was needed to produce the end result. The scope of work included replacement of risers, heating and air conditioning units and equipment, fire alarm upgrades, integration of all code related issues and new signage.
