Tim Haahs & Associates Constructed simultaneously with the Liacouras Center
(Formerly the Apollo of Temple) and the Independence Blue Cross
Recreation Center, the Liacouras Center Parking Garage is a
1,200 car parking facility.
The facility is 415,952 square feet and rises a total of six
stories. It was constructed using architectural precast
concrete.
The Project also included a pedestrian bridge that spanned
15th Street and connected the garage to the Liacouras Center and
the Independence Blue Cross Recreation Center.
The facility has been successfully operated since December
1997.
