Cayuga Nation Catskill Casino Monticello, NY

Program and Project Development Management Services are being provided by Bertino & Associates for the Preconstruction Phase of this $300 million Native American casino Resort on a 30 acre parcel adjacent to the Monticello Raceway. The new Casino Resort will consist of 4,500 gaming positions, Restaurants, Bingo Hall, Entertainment Facilities, Ballrooms and Meeting Facilities and a 4,000 car Parking Garage. Bertino & Associates will also provide Project Management Services for the Cayuga Nation during the Construction Phase.
