Project Value: $50,000,000

This $50 million project was completed within a 7-month duration and consisted of the complete renovation of 502 guestrooms and corridors; complete renovation of the casino and gaming floor in multi phases to minimize disruption to ongoing operations; construction of three new restaurants; construction of new Guest Registration/Lobby area, and new Porte Cochere’. Resorts’ facilities remained in complete operation throughout the renovation process. Completion was achieved on time and within budget. Mr. Bertino oversaw this project from design thru completion as principal in charge with KBC, in joint venture with Massett Building Company.
