West Tower

This project consisted of a design/build contract for a new 620 room, 20 story Tower Hotel constructed atop an existing parking garage; relocation of existing hotel Front Desk to new Guest Registration area; demolition of the former Tivoli Pier Entertainment Center to provide new gaming areas including Simulcast, Poker Parlor, High-Roller Baccarat Lounge, and new High-Roller Asian Gaming Room. Including all project components, completion was achieved within the 16-month schedule and within budget. Michael S. Bertino, was design build Principal-in-Charge while with KBC from concept thru completion.

High-Roller Super Suites

The scope for this project encompassed construction of 5 new High Roller Super Suites on the 21st Floor of the new Tropicana Tower Hotel. This project was constructed concurrently with the 620-room Tower Hotel.

All suites were fully themed producing Caribbean, Moroccan, New York-New York, French, and Parisian Suites averaging 3,000 sq.f. each.

North & South Tower Hotel Room Renovation

This 1,000 room renovation project included the redecoration of Tropicana’s North and South Towers guestrooms and corridors including Purchase and Installation of all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. This project was performed concurrent with the construction of the West Tower.
