Located at 10 E, Lee Street the Project is adjacent to
the Inner Harbor. The Project included 3 separate 28
story luxury residential condominium towers. The units
included 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The top four floors
are 2 story units.
An integral part of the project is the Luxury 5
star European style 195 Room 7 story Hotel managed by Inter
Continental which has several meeting rooms and a grand ball
room. The hotel is located at 550 Light Street with wonderful
views of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
The project also includes a State-of-the-Art
health facility, a multi – floor public and private access
parking garage, multiple stories of leaseable office space and a
significant retail presence. The project was completed in 1987.
